Our technicians utilize HVLP technology and Aviva's custom color Express Tan formula that develops quickly and lets you pick your level of tan!
The few days (or week ideally) prior to your appt. , exfoliate and moisturize (no moisturizer the day of your appt.) your body daily paying extra attention to your elbows, knees, hands and feet. Make sure your fingernails and toenails have been manicured or polished (not the same day). Shaving or waxing should be done prior to your appointment (not the same day) also as it removes dead skin and will cause your tan to wear less evenly.
The day of your appt., wear loose fitting dark clothing, flip flops, your hair up and do not apply makeup or lotion. We have disposable underwear for your use if needed. While your tan is developing it is crucial not to get wet or moist until after you have showered the solution off. Your tan will develop quickly, in 1 hour you will be light, 2 hours medium, 3 hours dark and then continue to darken from there with no more darkening after 8 hours. When your tan looks the shade you would like, shower 1 hour after that (what you see is partially the temporary tint that is sprayed on as a guide, which makes it look darker than it actually is). Post tan if you are looking to prolong the life of your tan, avoid scrubbing your body, products with hydroxy acids or retinol, soaking in the bath, hot tubs or swimming in chlorine.
Hair Removal

We utilize a gentle and effective blend of sugar, lemon and water for hair removal.
To ensure effective removal, hair that has been shaved should be grown a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your appointment. Also, it should be no longer than a 1/2 inch. If it is, it needs to be trimmed prior to your appointment.

Sugaring is an ancient method of hair removal that is made from sugar, water and lemon that originated in the Middle East. The method of sugaring we provide is very similar to strip waxing, but much gentler to the skin. Many people that cannot tolerate waxing have little or no irritation from sugaring.

All 30 minute or longer appointments must be reserved with a credit card or gift certificate on file. We require cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Appointments cancelled past this point will be charged 50% of the service fee, no shows will be charged 100%.
